Coaches guide: choosing and trading trainers

Coaches make your players train better in their specialty. Here is how to buy them, what the talent levels mean and how coach transfers work.

TRAINERS

The football managers receive initially two trainers, though they have the possibility of purchasing more trainers from Markets/ Buy Trainers. You can choose the skill level of the trainer you want to purchase and his specialty: tackling, dribbling, long shot, head shot, shot, passing, speed and stamina.

The incomes from the Trainer sale are transferred to the Federation Fund and the Federal Fund, and the prices are set in Gold, as follows:

• 15 Gold – Talent 1 – the maximum skill achievable is 40%. TS = 2xSkill %;
• 225 Gold - Talent 2 – the maximum skill achievable is 50%. TS = 2xSkill %;
• 675 Gold - Talent 3 – the maximum skill achievable is 60%. TS = 2xSkill %;
• 2025 Gold - Talent 4 – the maximum skill achievable is 80%. TS = 2xSkill %;
• 6075 Gold - Talent 5 – the maximum skill achievable is 100%. TS = 2xSkill %.

TS = Training speed applied by the coach to the players.

When a senior player retires he becomes a coach. The coach will be specialized in the skill they had the highest value as a player. That skill will be divided in half and that will be his main specialty.

Once a coach reaches 62 years, he is permanently retired from the club.

BUY COACHES

If you choose to buy the Coaches from the Market, you can choose the skill level of the trainer you want to purchase and his specialty: tackling, dribbling, long shot, head shot, shot, passing, speed and stamina.

The incomes from the Trainer sale are transferred to the Federation Fund, and the prices are set in Gold, as follows:

Transfer Trainers

This market functions in the same manner as the Player Transfers market. When placing a coach on the market you will pay a tax of 25% to the Partners Fund. If your coach is not sold the tax is not returned.

To place a coach on the transfers market you need to have the transfers license. You cannot place a coach on transfers if he is studying, training your players or if he is older than 60 years. Also, if you have currencies on minus, you cannot transfer coaches.

If you have more than 20 coaches in your team you cannot purchase more from the transfers market. In your team you can have minimum 2 coaches. You can place a coach on the market for 2, 4 or 7 days.

If a user bids in the last 3 minutes, the auction is prolonged with 3 minutes.

Transfer Trainers
